At Next Boilerplate AI (“we”, “our”, “us”), your privacy matters. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you create an account, log in with email or Google, purchase access to our boilerplate, or use our panel (including embedded Discord chat).

• Account Data: email, hashed password, and optional Google OAuth profile data (name, email, avatar, provider ID).
• Payment Data: processed by Stripe. We receive confirmation and metadata (no full card details are stored by us).
• Support/Chat: messages you send through the embedded Discord chat.
• Technical Data: IP address, browser/device info, logs, and session cookies for authentication.
• Communications: transactional emails (sign-up, password reset, receipts). If you join our waitlist or mailing list, we also send product updates or announcements.

How We Use Your Information

• Provide access to the boilerplate panel and deliver your purchased ZIP file.
• Authenticate and secure your account.
• Process payments via Stripe.
• Send transactional emails necessary to use your account.
• Send waitlist/marketing emails only if you opted in (you may unsubscribe anytime).
• Improve security and prevent abuse.

Data Retention

We keep account data while your account is active. If you request deletion, we erase your account and data (except records we must keep for tax/accounting) within 30 days, with backups cleared within ~90 days.

Sharing Your Information

We do not sell or rent your data. We share information only with trusted providers (Stripe for payments, AWS for hosting/SES, Google for OAuth, Discord for chat, and our hosting/CDN provider) under contracts that restrict use to service delivery.

Your Rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, or data export by emailing support@nextboilerplateai.com. Transactional emails cannot be unsubscribed, but you can unsubscribe from marketing at any time.

Security

We use encryption in transit, password hashing, and least-privilege access. No method of transmission is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data against unauthorized access.
