1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, purchasing access, or downloading the Boilerplate ZIP (“Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

2. Accounts & Access

You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. We may suspend or terminate accounts for abuse, fraud, or security risks.

3. Purchases, Delivery & Refunds

Payments are processed by Stripe. Access to the Boilerplate ZIP is delivered upon successful payment. Because this is a digital product, refunds are not available once the ZIP has been downloaded, except where required by law.

4. License

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use, modify, and deploy the Boilerplate for your own applications. You may not resell, redistribute, or repackage it as a competing product. You retain ownership of your apps; we retain rights to the Boilerplate.

5. Updates & Support

If your purchase includes updates, they are made available in your panel. Support is limited to reasonable assistance for installation/configuration.

6. Acceptable Use

• Do not use the Service for unlawful or harmful activities.
• Do not share the Boilerplate outside your organization for resale.
• Do not disrupt, abuse, or attempt unauthorized access to the Service.

7. Discord & Third-Party Services

Embedded chat is provided by Discord and subject to Discord’s terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.

8. Disclaimers & Limitations

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations. Upon termination, you may keep using the Boilerplate already downloaded, but access to updates/support will end.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Poland, unless local consumer protection laws require otherwise.
